-Why can’t I find the part that I am looking for?

We are always adding new parts. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just give us a call, or send us an email. We might have it, but may not have had a chance to add it to our site yet.

-How can I submit comments or suggestions?

We welcome your feedback. It helps us to give you a better experience when visiting our site. Email us from our “Contact Us” page. We look forward to hearing from you.

-Do you have a store that I can visit in person?

At this point in time, we are strictly an online store. In the future, with our customers support, we are hopeful that we will be able to open a storefront to showcase and sell our products.

-Why was my credit card billed twice for shipping?

Shipping fees fluctuate beyond JC CUSTOMS’ control and can vary from one shipping method to the other. Some buyers may see their purchasing credit card debited more than once to cover unforeseen changes/charges in shipping costs, or based on circumstances such as size, weight, or special order products. Shipping fees/costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, NOT JC CUSTOMS, and MUST be paid in full before order can be shipped. -How do I advertise on the JC CUSTOMS website?

It’s easy. All you have to do is send us an email with your contact information (name, address, mailing address, phone number and email address), and information about what your product/service is, and we will gladly link to your website, or display your ad on our site upon approval.

-How much will it cost for me to advertise on the JC CUSTOMS website?

Prices vary. Please contact us directly for further information.

-Where are your products made?

All of our products are of great quality. Some trimming and fitting may be required. Sheet metal and body panel fabrication has come a long way over the past many years. Our products are produced in countries including Taiwan, Canada, and the United States of America.

JC CUSTOMS PRIVACY POLICY

At JC CUSTOMS, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect about you to process orders and to notify you of special offers to provide you with a better shopping experience.

Information we collect, and how we use it:

When you order from JC CUSTOMS, we need to know your name, email address, mailing and shipping address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order as well as to notify you of your order status. When you sign up for our mailing list, we may use your mailing address and/or email address to notify you about special offers, discounts and new products.

Disclosure of information to outside parties:

JC CUSTOMS will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. JC CUSTOMS may however use personal information that we have received to track any person attempting to make a purchase of any of our products using fraudulent information. Fraud will not be tolerated.

Your Consent:

By using the JC CUSTOMS website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by JC CUSTOMS. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changed on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

JC CUSTOMS RETURN POLICY

Returns:

If you wish to return any part, you may do so within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date. All returns MUST be accompanied by the original invoice and in their original packaging. Please call or email JC CUSTOMS first, advising why you wish to return the item or items and we will, at our discretion, issue a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted or credited without this number. A service charge of 25% will be deducted on all returned merchandise, except in the case of factory errors or defects. Discontinued, used, obsolete, or damaged items are not returnable or refundable. All returns must come with freight pre-paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. JC CUSTOMS is NOT responsible for payment of return shipping costs.

Damaged Goods:

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts at securely packaging your order, items occasionally get damaged in transit. All parts MUST be inspected at the time of delivery, regardless of the appearance of the envelope, box or boxes. Any damaged items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and immediately reported to the carrier. The BOL, or Bill of Lading, is a legal document;, by signing the BOL, you agree that your parts were received in satisfactory condition, and JC CUSTOMS is no longer responsible for those items.

JC CUSTOMS SHIPPING

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Payment for orders, including shipping, MUST be received by JC CUSTOMS before order is prepared and/or shipped. Some products may be shipped separately based on availability and/or inventory location. Holidays and items crossing borders may delay shipments beyond JC CUSTOMS’ control.

JC CUSTOMS will gladly ship your order anywhere in the world.

Special order products are shipped once product is complete/painted, however, some may be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation, depending on availability. Special order products may require additional shipping fees that will be charged to the buyer, above those fees originally charged to the buyer upon initial ordering, which will be credited to the buyer’s original purchasing credit card by JC CUSTOMS. Orders where additional shipping charges apply, MUST be paid in full prior to shipping.

Any and all shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and not JC CUSTOMS unless otherwise stated or agreed upon by all parties. Any additional or unforeseen duties, shipping fees and/or taxes SHALL be paid in full by the buyer.

Smaller, non-freight items, including but not limited to floor pans, grilles, fender patches, quarter panel patches may be shipped through Canada Post/United States Postal Service to keep costs at a minimum. Method of shipping depends on size and weight of item. Overseas and out of Country orders/shipments may require additional shipping/billing fees and or charges to the buyer.

 Buyers/customers may in some instances be billed or credited separately and/or more than once by JC CUSTOMS to cover adjustments in shipping fees and/or to provide the buyer with a more accurate/agreeable fee to ensure the product/order reaches the customer/buyer. JC CUSTOMS does not set shipping company rates or fees, and has no control over these increases/decreases in costs.

JC CUSTOMS LINKS/EVENTS

When requesting the posting of your event on the JC CUSTOMS website, please provide:

-Event name

-Location (including province/state and country)

-Dates and times

-Entry fees

-Event coordinator contact information including email address.

If you have a flyer, brochure or website, JC CUSTOMS will gladly add a link to your event/club/organization.*

Please note: Business advertisements and events links are only added upon request and once payment is received (if applicable). For questions regarding an event or business advertisement, please contact the Coordinator or person in charge of that specific event or business, NOT JC CUSTOMS. JC CUSTOMS is not responsible for cancellations, change of date/venue, incorrect information, or any loss or damages incurred at any event. JC CUSTOMS reserves the right to deny the posting/linking of any event or business advertisement and their products for any reason, without explanation, including but not limited to ads that contain any offensive material or language.

JC CUSTOMS TERMS OF USE

Prices shown on the JC CUSTOMS website are in Canadian funds and are subject to change without notice for many reasons, but not limited to fluctuations in currency rates, product costs, supplier price adjustments etc.. For any American or Overseas buyers, prices will vary, and the actual value will depend on the prevailing exchange rate(s).

JC CUSTOMS gives permission to viewers and customers of this website to view this website for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you accept and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, OR sell any material, information, product or service from the JC CUSTOMS website or through the JC CUSTOMS name without express written consent from JC CUSTOMS.
